Kennigit of Teamliquid.net had the opportunity to sit down for 30 minutes with Dustin Browder, Lead Designer of StarCraft II.  This interview touches on a range of great subjects regarding his experience before and with Blizzard Entertainment, challenges with the design process, how the community assists their work, thoughts on racial balance, map analysis, eSports and much more.


We are trying to make this game complete – like if nobody buys any other product, this game needs to be awesome. Like if Blizzard gets hit by a meteor tomorrow and we all die, at least StarCraft II was awesome – that's what it needs to be.
